Casrlsbad Apartments Sold For $2.5M

“A Carlsbad apartment complex has been sold for $2.5 million.

Enright Living Trust sold the apartments at 3861-3971 Garfield St. by Reg Investments Series LLC.

The four apartments in the complex are 600 square feet to 950 square feet.

Each apartment has a private yard and one-car garage.

The buyer was represented by Adam Cairo and Seth Watje of the Gold Bear Group of South Coast Commercial Inc.

The seller was represented by Jeff Diller of South Coast Commercial.”
