Loginovs, B, LLC bought the building from Real Asymmetry 36th, LLC.
The building at 3866 36th St. has eight two-bedroom apartments of 800 square feet.
Benn Vogelsang of South Coast Commercial, Inc represented the seller.
Jeff Diller and Abe Peay of South Coast Commercial, Inc. represented the buyer.
